You will find below our operating hours and cut off dates for the upcoming Christmas period.

As always, we appreciate your understanding throughout this time. You will be aware our courier and freight companies are extremely busy leading up to Christmas and operate limited hours over the holiday period.

We recommend you allow extra time for the arrival of orders if you would like to receive prior to Christmas. If you have specific delivery requirements, please clearly communicate this at the time of placing your order.

CHRISTMAS HOURS

To guarantee delivery before Christmas, the last day to place an order for delivery to the South Island is 10am on Wednesday 18th December and for the North Island, the last day to order is Thursday 19th December before 10am.

A final cut off for orders to be pushed to the warehouse for pack and dispatch is by Midday Friday 20th December, delivery before Christmas will not be guaranteed, but will be queued to be attended to by the wonderful team at our 3PL site while we are away.

All our sites will be closed from close of Business on Friday 20th December and we re-open on Monday 6th January. Orders will not be processed during this time, please ensure orders are placed prior to the dates mentioned above. Please allow a few extra days than normal where possible for the first couple of weeks in January when our team enjoy a well-deserved break.

Our manufacturing sites will not be taking inward deliveries from midday on Friday 20th December but will be open for deliveries by 7am on Monday 6th January. Normal manufacturing lead times will apply, any orders received during our shut down period will automatically have the lead time begin from our return on 6th January.
Our Shop at 6 Mill Lane, Warkworth will remain open until 3pm on Christmas Eve.
