You will find below our operating hours and cut off dates for the upcoming Christmas period. As always, we appreciate your understanding throughout this time. You will be aware our courier and freight companies are extremely busy leading up to Christmas and operate limited hours over the holiday period. We recommend you allow extra time for the arrival of orders if you would like to receive prior to Christmas. If you have specific delivery requirements, please clearly communicate this at the time of placing your order.

THE SPRINKLE FACTORY // CHOCOLATE BROWN

To ensure delivery before Christmas, the last day to place an order for delivery is before 10am on Wednesday 17th December. Standard lead time for orders still applies. All orders received after this time will be despatched when we return from Monday 5th January. Standard lead times apply and exclude the shutdown period.

SUPPLIERS

We will not be accepting deliveries to either site (The Sprinkle Factory or Chocolate Brown) from Friday 19th December until we re-open on Monday 5th January.

WE WON’T BE OPEN OVER THE HOLIDAY PERIOD

Post Haste Dispatch:

• To receive delivery of goods Local and North Island prior to Xmas, we recommend you submit your orders to us by 11am on Monday 15th of December.
• To receive delivery of goods in the South Island prior to Xmas, we recommend you submit your orders to us by 11am on Friday 12th of December.

Pallet Freight Dispatch – Carroll’s & Daily Freight:

• To receive delivery of goods in Auckland prior to Xmas, we recommend you submit your orders to us by 11am on Thursday 18th of December.
• To receive delivery of goods in the North Island prior to Xmas, we recommend you submit your orders to us by 11am on Friday 12th of December.
• To receive delivery of goods in the South Island prior to Xmas, we recommend you submit your orders to us by 11am Wednesday 10th of December
