Vanilla Bean Pastes

Bring rich, aromatic flavour to your baking and desserts with our paste. Made from quality vanilla beans, this versatile pantry essential delivers a beautifully rounded vanilla flavour that adds depth and complexity to both sweet and savoury creations.

Vanilla bean makes a paste that is an ideal choice for bakers and cooks looking for an easy way to introduce the distinctive taste of vanilla into their recipes. Its rich flavour makes it particularly well suited to cakes, cupcakes, biscuits, pastries, slices and other baked treats, while also working beautifully in creamy desserts and confectionery.

Add vanilla paste to custards, cheesecakes, panna cotta, ice cream, buttercream, whipped cream and dessert sauces to create a delicious vanilla flavour. It can also be incorporated into pancake and waffle batters, homemade treats and a wide variety of everyday baking recipes.

For professional bakers and cake decorators, vanilla is an incredibly versatile flavour that pairs beautifully with everything from chocolate and caramel to berries, citrus, nuts and other fruits. This makes vanilla paste a useful ingredient for creating both classic recipes and more adventurous flavour combinations.

Beyond baking, vanilla can also add an interesting layer of flavour to selected savoury recipes, sauces and dishes. Its aromatic character makes it a versatile ingredient to keep on hand whenever a recipe needs additional warmth, sweetness or flavour complexity.

Whether you are preparing an elegant dessert, baking a celebration cake or simply making something delicious at home, our paste makes it easy to add rich vanilla flavour to your creations.
