Fine, Colourful Sugar Crystals

Crystal Sugars have a fine, sand-like appearance made up of small coloured sugar crystals. As a result, they create a different texture and finish from larger sprinkles such as jimmies, pearls and shapes.

Use them to add a light scattering of colour or apply more generously for a stronger decorative effect. In addition, they can be combined with other sprinkles to introduce extra colour, texture and sparkle.

The range includes Red in a 1kg bag, while Blue and Pink are available in 90g retail jars.

Our Crystal Sugars are gluten free, vegan and made in New Zealand. Therefore, they provide a versatile decorating option for bakeries, cake decorators, retailers and home bakers.

For larger-volume or specialised requirements, custom blends are available from 500kg+. Custom packaging options are also available for qualifying projects.
